Stretching exercises to open up the chest and back muscles
Thoracic breathing by putting left hand on the abdomen and right hand on the chest. Contrary to abdominal breathing, ensure while inhaling or exhaling, only the chest moves while the abdomen is stationary.
Close the eyes and sequentially focus on each body part from bottom to top. These enables becoming aware of the body.
